The voice behind, "What's going on world?" is none other than Gtdyne Musiq. George Turner. Gtdyne. GT.
GT is a passionate advocate for authentic expressions of creativity and community collaboration.
Producer.
Son.
Father.
Child of the King.
Gtdyne is the man behind the creation and organization of Humble Kingz. A man who wears many hats.
Humble Kingz originated as an album concept between GT and his brother, Jaycee. The name stuck when they transitioned to a radio show, and actually became the name of the show. As GT built relationships with other Christian hip-hop artists and creatives, Humble Kingz evolved into more than just a radio show. It became an identity for a group of men within the Christian hip-hop community based in Omaha, NE, Humble Kingz.
When asked what dynamic he brings to the Humble Kingz Radio Ahow, GT responded that he, "brings order even though he feels like he's chaos." He's the man who doesn't speak a lot, but helps to keep everyone on track. He also works a lot behind the scenes with social media, editing, promoting, and distributing the show each week.

GT is a man who believes that creativity comes from within, from an authentic place. When people tap into that, they create something unique and genuine. He has seen many artists conforming to trends or trying to fit a certain mold. He wants to create opportunities to inspire others to embrace their originality and let that shine through in their creative endeavors.
When it comes to his own creative process, he usually starts with an idea or a direction that he wants to explore. When it comes to music, for example, he often finds an instrumental that resonates with him, and then fleshes it out from there. It's a collaborative effort between inspiration and the artistic process.
With creative expression there often comes obstacles. It's crucial not to let the fear of starting or the challenges that may come your way hinder your progress. GT is a big believer in taking the first step, even if it's a small one, and letting the creative flow take over. Perseverance is key. The journey may not always be smooth, but overcoming obstacles is part of the process. It's essential not to get stuck in the initial stages but to keep moving forward.
When asked to give advice to someone who is wanting to start their own radio show, GT kept it simple. "Know your why." Knowing your "why" is crucial because it becomes your anchor during challenging times. Your purpose, passion, and the impact you want to make will keep you motivated and help you persevere. It's the driving force that sustains you when things get tough.

GT is a strong believer in collaboration, stating, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Collaboration amplifies creativity and brings a collective strength. No one person has all of the answers or skills. When you collaborate, you bring together a variety of talents, perspectives, and ideas. It's about building something greater than yourself. Lock arms and share knowledge. "Two are better than one. There's a scripture about that." Ecclesiastes 4:9-12.
