It's been so long since the last Good Vibez!

We're excited for an opportunity to bring back the open mic Humble Kingz has been able to put on in partnership with Urban Voize and The Well(aka Sozo Coffeehouse). Sadly, our last public event pre-covid was back in March. Since then, we've respected social distancing recommendations and encouraged people to stay home where it's safe. In an attempt to return to some sort of normal, we are looking forward to being in person again with another performance event on September 18. This month we welcome long time open mice veteran Randall Gruber!

Randall Gruber

Randall Gruber is a singer-songwriter currently based in Omaha, Nebraska. Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Randall has made a name for himself through his various performances throughout Omaha. Currently an Omaha resident, the singer-songwriter has been hard at work curating original content. His lyrics are accompanied by the melodic tones of an acoustic guitar, as can be heard in his two recent albums Deep at the Surface and Dreamin' of You. Gruber pulls from influences from various artists such as City and Color, Eric Clapton, Emery, Bayside, OutKast, and John Butler in his writing. "Music is my therapy," is the motto that Randall lives by. He creates to express his perspective in the hopes that others are able to find release and clarity.

We feel that Randall embodies the spirit of Good Vibez in his music, and find it fitting that he would be the artist to bring the open mic back right before his move to Colorado. Any in attendance is sure to enjoy an inspiring show filled with passionate lyrics and powerful melodies.

Keep in mind that this is a free, family friendly event. Artists of any practice are welcome to come share their work as long as the guidelines set by the venue are respected(no Profanity, no drug or sexual references). We're looking to be back in person with the public(with respect to social distancing practices), and providing opportunities for collaboration and relationship building!

*Please remember to bring a mask!*
